Rebecca Koslov, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner specializing in geriatric care. She provides health care for adults over the age of 65 with a range of chronic conditions, including hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, congestive heart failure and hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol). She also helps patients maintain and rebuild mobility function and works with patients experiencing cognitive impairment disorders, like dementia, Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia.
