Nancy Brandt, NP

About

Nancy Brandt, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner in hematology, the study and treatment of blood disorders. Nancy cares for adults with blood cancer, such as lymphoma, leukemia and myeloma. She also sees patients with a range of other blood disorders, including iron deficiency (too little iron), hemochromatosis (too much iron) and sickle cell anemia (abnormal red blood cells). She provides care during all stages of her patients' illnesses — from diagnosis through treatment and long-term follow-up. Believing that listening is the key to a productive visit, Nancy works to identify each patient's needs and answer questions. She offers education to help patients move forward with their care and live healthy lives.
