Maria Standiford, NP

Maria Standiford, NP, is a UW Health Kids nurse practitioner specializing in adolescent medicine. She cares for patients ages 12 to 25 who have eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). She also treats those with reproductive health concerns such as heavy or painful periods, irregular menstrual cycles and other menstrual management problems. Maria often works closely with UW Health cancer and blood disease specialists to help patients with bleeding disorders manage menstrual health issues. She also sees adolescent patients diagnosed with mental health conditions, including anxiety and depression.
