Kathleen Dawn Canales, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. She works with patients aged 60 and older and provides care for both urgent and chronic (long-term) conditions. Kathleen treats older patients who are experiencing complications from chronic health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). She also provides care for patients after falls or other age-related injuries and has extensive experience working with patients who have dementia and delirium.
