Heather Danke, NP, is a UW Health Kids pediatric nurse practitioner who cares for babies, children and teens who need surgery. Heather treats a wide range of minor and complex medical conditions. Those conditions include digestion problems, hernias, lung problems, abdominal tumors and traumatic injuries. Heather's goal is to provide her young patients with the best care possible and to comfort families dealing with stressful medical conditions. She believes that families are an essential part of their children's care team. She works with parents to keep their children comfortable during treatment and recovery.
