Elise Strycharske, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner who specializes in transplant cardiology. Elise cares for adults with advanced heart failure or heart disease requiring heart transplant surgery. Elise is invested in the long-term care of her patients. She works with them throughout their entire heart transplant process, beginning with being put on the transplant list. She then continues to provide care through surgery, recovery and beyond.
