CB's NP Health Services is committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to those 2 years of age and older. Ranging from wellness exams, chronic conditional support (to include anxiety, depression, weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes) to DOT exams, sports exams along with sick visits to include cold, flu, Covid, sinus infections, ear infections, sore throats, allergies, minor skin conditions and many other services. CB's NP Health Services will assess and treat all patients with respect and care in mind! Many services available via telehealth which is available in the following states: Wisconsin, Iowa, Arizona and Florida, We are open Monday - Thursday from 9a-4p and Friday 9a-4p and appointments are recommended.
