Carla Savinon, DNP, FNP, joined the PeaceHealth Medical Group Internal Medicine team of providers in 2018. Carla’s areas of special interest include chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, congestive heart failure), prevention/health promotion and women’s health. Carla became a nurse practitioner to be able to help people of all backgrounds, especially the underserved, overcome barriers to good health. During her 20 years of experience in the medical field, she has served as an associate professor, health care consultant and associate medical director. When she isn’t assisting patients, Carla enjoys traveling, camping, hiking and exploring. Her favorite pastime, however, is spending time with family.
