Sheema Chohan is a primary care nurse practitioner certified in adult family medicine at Inova Primary Care – Mark Center. She has a special interest in management of various acute and chronic illnesses including high blood pressure and high cholesterol, as well as preventive health and wellness maintenance. Sheema believes in holistic care and takes a multidimensional approach that includes the many unique physical and emotional attributes each individual holds. Her goal is to be an advocate for her patients by helping them achieve their health goals through an individualized health plan entailing evidence-based practice recommendations, patient beliefs and patient perspectives.
