Michelle Motsch is a family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova in 2021 and has been practicing as a family nurse practitioner since 2022. Prior to her new role, Michelle worked as a registered nurse in the critical care unit at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, VA. For more than a decade, Michelle has worked across multiple settings, caring for patients in all stages of care while holding both formal and informal leadership positions. Starting her career as a nurse, Michelle garnered 15 years of clinical experience prior to transitioning to her new role as a nurse practitioner. Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, aptitude and interpersonal skills that enable her to instill confidence and trust in her patients.
