Melissa Fincham is a family nurse practitioner at Inova Primary Care - Gainesville. She joined Inova Health System in 2017 as a registered nurse and has been practicing since 2014. Melissa has a passion for teaching and has also worked as an adjunct clinical nursing professor, which has allowed her the opportunity to mentor future nurses. Melissa enjoys working with patients of all ages, which is what drew her to become a family nurse practitioner. Her clinical areas of interest include preventive care, chronic disease management and smoking cessation, and she seeks to partner with patients as a trusted resource in their health journeys to help them reach their best personal health.
