Lyndsey McAlexander, MSN, APRN, FNP-C received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University (Minneapolis, MN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Radford University (Radford, VA), Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Danville Community College (Danville, VA) and Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree from James Madison University (Harrisonburg, VA). She started her nursing career as a registered nurse at Sovah Health Martinsville in 2016, working in both the telemetry and critical care unit. She then transitioned to her role as Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. She specializes in adults 18 years of age and older, with special interest in optimization of health and wellness through lifestyle changes.
