Laurie is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. . In 2018, Laurie earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Duke University School of Nursing with a focus on women’s health. Throughout the years, Laurie has developed a passion for women’s health and has gained experience as a nurse in women’s health, pediatrics, and surgical recovery. Laurie’s clinical interests include well-woman care, abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception, and adolescent care. In addition, she has experience in care management and as a lactation consultant.Laurie strongly believes in supporting women and be their partner in their OB and GYN care.
