Grace Yi, NP

About

Grace is a licensed and board-certified pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. She is a seasoned pediatric nurse with several years of experience in acute and chronic inpatient care at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as well as public health outpatient care in schools of New York City. She received both her Masters and Bachelors of Science in Nursing degrees at the University of Pennsylvania. She loves trying new restaurants, traveling with her husband, and volunteering at her faith based organizations.
