Crystal Lowder-Tibbs is an advanced practice registered nurse and a type of mid-level practitioner. She is trained to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, diagnose disease, formulate and prescribe treatment plans. She offers more than 15 years experience in the field of nursing and prior experience in emergency medicine, progressive care unit and key strengths in leadership decision making. Ms. Lowder-Tibbs welcomes new patients to the practice.
