Brian Gioielli is a family nurse practitioner at Inova General Internal Medicine Group - Ballston. Prior to joining Inova, Brian worked as a certified registered nurse practitioner at MedStar Shah Medical Group. He completed his master’s degree in nursing at the University of Cincinnati and finished his practicum in the DMV area. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Brian worked for 9 years in multispecialty ICUs. After caring for patients with severe complications from chronic diseases, he dedicated his career to preventative medicine and health promotion. Brian believes in a collaborative and patient-centered approach and does so by being empathetic and compassionate.
