Shelly McCormick, APRN, FNP-BC is an Internal Medicine provider at our Layton clinic on the east wing, 3rd floor. She attended Weber State University for her RN and Western Governors University for her BSN, MSN, and FNP. Shelly is also a Member of ANA. She is organized, determined, a good listener, loves to learn about new things, and loves helping others. Shelly has used her nursing skills for over 20 years to connect with patients and create a relationship of healing and trust between them.
