Steve Mayer is a Family Nurse Practitioner with special expertise in treating the back, neck and spine. He completed his nursing education at Weber State University before attending Samford University where he earned his FNP in 2014. He worked as a Chiropractor and ran his own clinic for 14 years and, after completing more schooling, he became a Nurse Practitioner assisting in Neurosurgery. When it comes to Steve’s approach to care, he believes the patient/provider relationships should be viewed as a partnership. He treats people as a whole and focuses on the person, rather than the condition, to produce the best outcomes.
