Sophia Perez, FNP, received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University. She went on to earn her Master’s of Science in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Chamberlain University, where she precepted with Dr. Root and Dr. Bowman at the Kanab Family Clinic. Sophia has worked in emergency medicine for more than fifteen years, most recently at a critical access hospital where she practiced rural medicine.
