Marissa Hughes, Nurse Practitioner and Director of Heart of Dixie Vein & Vascular Center, was raised in Arlington, Arizona. She moved to St. George to complete her Nursing degree at Dixie State University. Before working with the team at Heart of Dixie headed by Dr. Jamison Jones, Marissa gained valuable experience in several diverse areas of the medical field. This includes experience in a medical surgical unit, home health and hospice, wound care and nurse management in a skilled nursing facility.
