Chaz Davis, FNP-C, completed his undergraduate training at the University of Utah and his Master of Science in Nursing at Indiana State University. He has experience providing evidence-based treatment in both family practice and urgent care settings. He has also worked with a comprehensive cancer center to develop a home-based, cancer-related treatment model. In this capacity, he has been published in scientific journals and has developed a passion for oncology. Chaz is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
