After completing nursing school, Brittney spent two years on a Labor and Delivery unit before moving to an Emergency Department. There she spent ten years caring for patients of all acuities across the lifespan. When the opportunity to become a flight nurse arose, Brittney didn't hesitate to accept this new challenge. She spent nine years practicing autonomously and providing critical care in unorthodox settings, which proved very rewarding. Over her years as an ED and flight nurse, she realized the growing disparity in the healthcare system for those suffering from chronic pain. Brittney looks forward to transitioning back into the clinical setting with Southwest Spine & Pain Center. She is excited to be a part of a well rounded team.
