Sarah Hamilton, APRN, AGACNP-BC, s a certified nurse practitioner with a special interest in orthopedic care. She believes it is important to educate patients on how to obtain their best level of mobility after procedures and injuries. She also believes in the importance of patients actively participating in their own personalized treatment plans. Outside of work, Sarah is an avid hunter, hiker, kayaker and fisherwoman. She and her family love to go camping and travel. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking her blue heeler with her everywhere she goes-exercising, hiking and traveling.
