Gwendolyn Waddle

Gwendolyn Waddle is a board-certified nurse practitioner (APRN, FNP BC) who specializes in gastroenterology with an emphasis on functional gastrointestinal (GI) disorders and general GI. She brings 25 years of personal experience to her practice as the mother of disabled children and as part of a family that suffers from functional GI issues. Her interest in the field was spawned by her need to find help for her family and for herself as a chronic pain sufferer. Being on both sides of medicine - as a patient advocate and a medical professional - has blessed her with empathy for her patients and the ability to listen compassionately to their concerns. Waddle is a member of American College of Gastroenterology.
