I am a nurse practitioner providing Direct Primary Care service for adults ages 18 and older. I also offer hormone replacement therapy and weight loss options. With your membership fee, same day or next day appointments are always available. Appointment times are structured around your availability and needs and not limited to the usual 15 minutes you get with a healthcare provider. My priority is to give my patients individualized care where your concerns heard and we work together to find the best path to wellness.
