Advanced practice nursing was a natural fit for me, as I've always loved science and helping people. In addition, an early mentor, a doctor I worked with, inspired me to pursue a career in healthcare. \n Being bilingual - I'm fluent in Spanish - helps me communicate with a broad cross-section of the population. Since 2001, I've worked in outpatient settings with diverse populations.
