Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I chose to pursue a career in medicine because I genuinely want to help people to the full extent of my capability. I want to be able to make a difference in people's lives in a meaningful and positive way. Whether a person's health concerns are large or small or related to routine care or disease management, I believe it is important to have a practitioner that genuinely cares about their health.
