Caring for women through the unique health experiences that only women face is my calling. I have spent most of my professional career in women’s health. Education and shared decision making are key in my approach to care. Taking the time to explain what is going on in their bodies and involving patients in choosing a plan of care goes a long way. This increases patients’ satisfaction and their buy-in to the plan that will ultimately improve their health. I earned a master’s of science in nursing focusing on women’s health from the University of Cincinnati and I am board certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. I joined St Luke’s University Health Network in October 2020.
