Bridgette Nelson is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Association. She additionally holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health Nursing. Throughout her career she has worked in a variety of specialties. Her treatment style among her patients can best be described as “intimate and personalized” allowing patients to not only feel “listened to”, but where they too actively play a role in their treatment and recovery. Her creation of TRILESSENCE is a summation of her life’s work in healthcare and academia following her personal motto where “sometimes life is nothing more than a well-tuned balancing act”.
