Aretta Straw, CRNP

About

Aretta Straw is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Lactation Consultant. She joined Penn Highlands in 2018. Aretta received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to offering complete prenatal, postnatal, and gynecologic care, Aretta works with new mothers as a lactation consultant, and she performs LARC insertion and removal. She also specializes in addiction medicine in pregnancy. Aretta currently practices in two Penn Highlands Life’s Journey locations—Clearfield and DuBois.
