Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: When I was a child, I had an experience with nurses at WellSpan York Hospital and I never forgot what they did for me. I love helping people and being a nurse is a great way to do that and to make a difference in someone's life. As a nurse practitioner, I'm able to provide my patients with advanced care while still providing the same compassion and empathy I gave as a nurse. I've been blessed to be able to do something that I love every day and to share it with my patients. What I want my patients to know about me: I believe everyone comes into your life for a reason.
