Ashlyn Taulbee is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Meeting her patients where they’re at and empowering them to make the changes they want to make is what breathes life into her work. “I get a lot of joy helping patients who aren’t active and helping them find an activity they can enjoy doing on a regular basis to reduce a host of health issues,” Ashlyn says. In addition to helping people with physical activity, Ashlyn loves talking with patients about how to fuel their bodies to meet their own needs and medical situation. She works very personally with her patients and makes sure to follow up with them so they get the help and support they need over time.
