Melissa is a family nurse practitioner who joined Akron Children’s endocrinology department in Boardman in 2023. She completed her undergraduate studies at Kent State University, Salem, Ohio, and graduate studies at Franciscan University, Steubenville, Ohio. Melissa is certified by the American Nurses Certification Center and is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology and the Pediatric Endocrine Society.
