Jaclynn Missler, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, MHA has joined Fisher-Titus Norwalk Primary Care as a nurse practitioner. Jaclynn received her BS in Health Services Administration at Xavier University in 2015, Master of Health Administration at The Ohio State University in 2017, and earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner at Yale University in 2021. Throughout her education, Jaclynn took part in community service, leadership, teaching, and additional healthcare learning opportunities. Jaclynn specializes in diabetes care management and providing effective, quality, long-term care to all patients. Within her first 6 months as a Lead FNP, she was awarded "Provider of the Month," and "Top Quality Provider."
