Jennifer Wright, AGACNP-BCA is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minn. and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Sentara College of Health Sciences in Chesapeake, Va. Jennifer has experience working on a Cardiac Medical-Surgical Unit, in a Cardiac Cath Lab and on an Intensive Care Unit, where she delivered age-appropriate medical care for patients of all ages while managing personalized care plans to benefit patient health and recovery. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
