Charlotte Hough, NP-C

Charlotte “Charly” Hough, NP graduated from Texas Women’s University with a Master of Science in Nursing, and she completed a Post Masters Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner at Duke University. Charly has over 30 years of combined military and federal experience as an expert clinician and leader in Acute and Ambulatory Healthcare systems. She is wound certified and finds it very rewarding to see wounds heal well. Charly retired from the US Army and then transitioned to civilian Government service. She has since retired from Federal Government service and brings her exemplary background to serve the Jacksonville and military service community.
