Brittany Richardson received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the East Carolina University College of Nursing. Prior to joining Physicians East, Richardson worked as a registered nurse for Vidant Medical Center and as a nurse practitioner at Kinston Medical Specialists, PA. She is a certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner and is also certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and two children.
