I have a particular interest in managing the geriatric population. My 98-year-old grandmother has served as a role model and inspiration as she has been able to maintain an incredible quality of life. I believe in focusing on primary healthcare prevention to avoid illness. Annual wellness visits, eating healthy and exercise are integral to the concept of “aging in place.” When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am involved with church and love to spend time outside exercising, gardening and watching UNC games.
