Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychiatric and mental healthcare. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. We are available for Telehealth and office services primarily in the NYC metro area and surrounding Counties. Our focus is to use effective individualized treatment modalities (psychotherapy and medication management) proven effective for treating mental illness, help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.We promise to be there for you every step of your journey.
