Hi there! I'm Nicole Humiston, a dedicated Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. With years of experience in both primary and specialized care, I'm passionate about providing compassionate support to my patients. Currently, I am part of United Healthcare, where I focus on geriatric care, managing both acute and long-term needs, as well as providing palliative and end-of-life support. Previously, I worked in pulmonary and critical care, tackling complex cases in various clinical settings. My journey started as a registered nurse in a high-intensity environment, including roles in Medical ICU and trauma response teams. I've also shared my knowledge as an adjunct faculty clinical instructor, preparing nursing students for their careers.
