As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, I am licensed and trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders in adults. Our work together may include a variety of interventions, including lifestyle coaching, therapy and/or medication. I provide diagnostic evaluations, ongoing medication management, and short-term solution-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I specialize in working with young adults, new parents, peri/post menopausal women, and people experiencing ADHD.
