Lauren Golfer, NP

About

Lauren Golfer is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for caring for the whole patient. Her approach is informed by a belief in a strong patient-provider relationship. Her focuses include gynecologic disease management, family planning, trauma, and LGBTQ care. Lauren began her career in marketing and grant writing, and received a degree from the University of Maryland, as part of the College Park Scholars Program. She soon realized she wanted to work directly with patients at the ground level, and went back to school to study nursing at New York University.
