Kyra Sposato NP has been in private practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years, providing both medication management and psychotherapy. Her specialties include the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Adult ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and OCD. We are now offering couples counseling with Sandra Lafazan LCSW, our specialist in relationship therapy. In-person, video, and phone sessions are available.
