Justin M. Waryold is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stony Brook School of Nursing and the director for the Advanced Practice Nursing in Adult-Gerontological Health program. Mr. Waryold's academic career focused on adult-geriatric health within the primary and acute care environment. He has more than 10 years' experience caring for adults with multiple types of conditions. He has been recognized locally, regionally and nationally for the care he has provided to his patient population. With his education and experience, Mr. Waryold has helped form and shape a team of like-minded nurse practitioners to coordinate home-based care for patients. They provide care that is focused on health promotion, disease prevention and transition of care.
