About
Jose M. Maria MS, FNP-BC, RN, CEN, TCRN, is a family nurse practitioner at CHW Cares in Washington Heights, Manhattan. He has over a decade of experience in health care and is committed to helping New York City patients improve their health and wellness by making meaningful and sustainable changes. Jose earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in 2009. In 2014 he graduated from the College of Mount Saint Vincent with a Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Jose is currently working toward a PhD in nursing at Molloy College.
