Heather Kleitgen is a registered nurse and certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) at Latham Medical Group in Latham, NY. She is a member of the American Diabetes Association and the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. Heather received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Maria College in Albany, NY, and proceeded to earn her CDCES certification. Heather has a passion for spreading awareness of the enormity of pre-diabetes and diabetes in the U.S. and globally.
