Eleanor Fiacco is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Schodack Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She received her Master of Science in nursing from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. Eleanor began her nursing studies at SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, NY, earning her Associate of Science in nursing. Following this, she completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing from SUNY Delhi in Delhi, NY. Eleanor also received a Bachelor of Science in biology from Sage College of Albany in Albany, NY. Eleanor loves being a family practitioner as she has the opportunity to help patients across the lifespan, but she has a particular interest in caring for the pediatric population.
