Dina Lemkova-Seryy, MS, FNP-BC is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Lemkova-Seryy works with a variety of patients to help them achieve optimal cardiac health and improved quality of life. Dina believes in the wholistic approach to care, working with the total patient and family to achieve best health outcomes. Over the last 12 years, Dina has garnered the respect of patients, community, and the treatment team in her role as an RN.
