Breanne Lewandowski is a certified family nurse practitioner at CapitalCare Pediatrics Schenectady, located at 700 McClellan Street in Schenectady, NY. She cares for children from birth through seventeen years old. She received her Master of Science after completing the family nurse practitioner program from Russell Sage College, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing with a minor in psychology. Breanne has a strong interest in developmental progression, disease prevention, and pediatric diabetes. Outside work, she has a strong passion for horses. She’s been riding horses, breeding, and competing since she was five! Caring for her animals led to her passion for caregiving and collaborative care.
