Formerly located in Manhattan - a primary care provider, seeing both pediatric & adult patients. Visit types include management of chronic health conditions, annual physicals, gynecologic care, as well as treatment of acute illness or injury. Referrals to specialists can be provided and orders for bloodwork, vaccinations, or imaging studies. Currently accepting new patients from all backgrounds. Bilingual in Spanish and translator services available.
